Re-registration for the Second or Third Year

The re-registration period for the second or third year of the doctoral program runs from October to December.

In case of an unfavorable evaluation of the previous year, re-registration may be denied.

Before submitting your re-registration request, the thesis follow-up committee must meet, see the follow-up committee page.
Any re-registration request for the second or third year must be accompanied by the minutes of the follow-up committee meeting as well as the progress report signed by the doctoral student and their thesis supervisor.
