The re-registration period for the second or third year of the doctorate extends from October to December.

In the event of an unfavorable evaluation of the past year, re-registration may be refused.

• Before submitting your re-registration application, the thesis monitoring committee must be convened. see the monitoring committee page.
• Any request for re-registration in the second and third year must be accompanied by the minutes of the follow-up committee meeting as well as the progress report signed by the doctoral student and their thesis supervisor.
